| In-floor radiant heat is becoming more popular everyday. We are committed to designing each in-floor project to work to optimal efficiency and clients can participate in choosing the layout of zones in their home. A common misconception is that in-floor heat can only be applied to basement levels of the home or in slab homes, but we often install in-floor heat to upper levels of homes by stapling the tubing to the underside of the sub-floor in the joists. We are a Weil McLain dealer and feature the Ultra line of boilers in most of our applications, however, other models are available. |  |

Sizing of the furnace and proper layout of ductwork and return air systems are crucial to creating an even and efficient system. type of heating system your home has will play a role in the type of
air conditioning system you choose. A central air conditioning system
requires a full ductwork system and works best with a forced air
heating system. An "A" coil is placed in the plenum of your furnace and
is connected to an outside condenser. The blower from the furnace
distributes the cool air and removes humidity from the home. With in-floor or baseboard radiant heat, many clients are choosing to purchase mini-split air conditioning systems. This system consists of wall mounted evaporators that are located inside the home. These indoor units are connected to a condenser that is placed outside of the home. The indoor units distribute the cool air to the home. Central air is also an option for a home with in-floor or baseboard heat, however, a complete ductwork system would have to be added to the home. |  |

We also service manufactured homes, air exchangers, make-up air units, water heaters, wall furnaces and space heaters.
